cc-sessions 1.5.0

A simple tool for bookmarking and resuming Claude Code sessions. Tag sessions with meaningful names using /bm inside Claude Code, then quickly resume them with 'cc ' from anywhere. v1.5.0: Strict session-ID matching — no more path-based bookmark cross-contamination.
